As Director, Channel Sales, you will have national responsibility for supporting program development of your assigned channels within our Human Resources Outsourcing Division. You will assist the Senior Director Channel Sales with designing programs that accelerate marketplace growth and elevate average selling production (ASP), average unit production (AUP), and associate retention. Your efforts will help ADP gain a competitive advantage in an important market segment.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

  • Drive activity. You will create and lead projects and initiatives to drive overall channel growth and competitive advantage. You will drive activity to meet channel partner sales quotas and increase participation rates within divisions. You will promote stakeholder engagement with a focus on activity standards, business metrics, shared goals, and field enablement strategies. You will provide weekly partner deliverables with Reporting and Power Point progress updates to senior sales leadership and generate visibility to projects and their outcomes.
  • Uncover opportunity. You will assess the current channel against operational goals and overall market opportunity. You will communicate and take relevant action related to market information, competitive intelligence, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field. Specifically, you will work with CPA Tom Tool for Territory Management for the Centric Program to drive business development via existing partners, uncovering acquisition potential and seeking new delivery models to accelerate sales growth in an efficient and profitable manner.
  • Educate and Market. You will assist with education and awareness programs to influence stakeholders. You will utilize Sherlock tools to focus on alignments, create and oversee coordination of marketing and learning activity for assigned channels working in conjunction with various parties across ADP and in some cases external to the business. You will participate in presentations and field calls to promote the ADP story and drive results and interest from the market.

Experience you'll need: Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales with a solid track record and/or channel marketing
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
  • Experience noted above OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

  • Experience working across a wide geographical and stakeholder landscape
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
  • Strong capacity for business metric analysis as well as lateral thinking
  • Creating and managing change and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly-changing environment.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary range for this role is: $72,900 - $157,900

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $74,500.00 - $161,200.00 / Year
