You are:

A relationship or strategy consultant or business management professional with the ability to establish and support strategic partnerships with our benefit carriers. You are a highly motivated self-starter inspired by working with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver and deploy top executive initiatives from strategy through to execution. You possess capabilities in the areas of relationship building, strategic thinking, business analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will:

Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by building trust with insurance carriers' key decision makers to drive client retention/improve loss prevention. Possess a complete understanding of our carriers' business objectives, strategic direction, and requirements, to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value throughout the lifecycle of the partner's clients. Acts as a liaison between the carrier and ADP, serving as an internal advocate. The role includes occasional travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

  • Develop and enhance strategic business partnerships by building trust with our carriers' key decision makers to drive client retention/improve loss prevention.
  • Possess a complete understanding of our carriers' business objectives, strategic direction and requirements, to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the lifecycle of the partners' clients.
  • Act as a liaison between the carrier and ADP, serving as an internal client advocate, capable and empowered to mobilize the right resources to ensure partnership alignment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire ADP product suite and coordinates communication among the various business partners.
  • Serve an assigned client base as defined by the Relationship Management Strategy
  • Proactively ensure client satisfaction through periodic conference calls and client visits.
  • Promote carrier participation in focus groups to solicit feedback on product/service initiatives.
  • Communicate and promote key ADP initiatives to the carrier (e.g., user group meetings, product enhancements, etc.).
  • Coordinate carriers' client projects, resolution of critical service issues, and follow-up to NPS feedback.
  • Determine the components of projects and prepares comprehensive project plan and scope of all required activities.
  • Communicate status and next steps to the carrier and appropriate internal ADP partners.
  • Perform strategic account review with the carrier to reinforce the ADP value proposition by maintaining comprehensive and timely records on service activities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint skills - putting together presentations cohesively, depending on the project or audience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel skills such as creating pivot tables, v-lookups when analyzing data and being able to tie that analysis back to a business case or results.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is helpful to create meaningful dashboards, insights and interpret data.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of directly related experience
