Payroll Processing and Client Service Alignment: This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll(s) using payroll software for ADP Clients. Ensure all payroll and registration documents are met (e.g., Income tax and social insurance calculation, inhabitant tax reporting, banking requirements, pension calculation and year end tax declaration). Associate will coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., external Local Social Security Attorney, tax consultant and internal team members) to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.
Along with monthly operations, this role is key influencer for the current and future Global Payroll Offer. In conjunction with defining process and management the objective is to document, make recommendations and take appropriate actions to adapt Japan specifics with align with global concepts to maintain client relationships and improve client's satisfaction.

As part of this, the associate should be open to bring strategies/approach to identify ways to reduce complexities and take all opportunities to harmonize content, terminology and references across Japan.
Overall, this role would form a key part of ADP operations and future state considerations for Japan. The right applicant this role will be both challenging and rewarding with a clear mission and high visibility on a successful establishment of ADP resources in country.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full monthly payroll computation and processing for multiple (5- 10 on average) companies. Associate will ensure that all payroll payments are accordance with local statutory and company policies.
- Handle daily Clients' queries related to payroll matters. Primary contact point for Clients' payroll system setup changes. Associate will need to make sure all necessary information that needs to be gathered from the Client to discuss on open matters.
- Maintain manuals, checklist and client documentations.
Requirements:
- Japanese proficiency of N1 level or above
- business level of English communication on speaking,reading and writing
- Min 2 years of experience in personnel affairs service (salary / social insurance). Those with close experience.
- Graduated from university,bachelor degrees or above
- With excellent communication skills
- Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
- Have hands on experience with any Japan payroll system.

職務内容
1) 複数の会社(平均5~10社)の月次給与計算• 処理を実施いただきます。給与が正しく計算されているか確認していただきます。場合によっては手計算で計算結果を確認していただくことがあります。
2) 給与計算に関するクライアントからの日々の問い合わせに対応いただきます。クライアントから制度改定による給与システムの設定変更に必要な要件定義を実施していただきます。
3) マニュアル、チェックリスト、顧客ドキュメントの更新• 管理。
【必要要件】
- N1レベル以上の日本語力
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語力
- 最低2年以上人事事務サービス経験(給与• 社保)がある方。近しい経験がある方。
- 大学をご卒業されている方。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
- Excel、Word、PPTなどに理解がある方。
