  • Responsibilities. Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions within the Salesforce platform utilizing a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements. Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform. Implement client-side technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance user interfaces. Data manipulation and querying within the Salesforce environment. Implement and maintain data integrations using REST and SOAP Frameworks. Design and develop complex workflow rules, data validation, and APEX triggers. Create and oversee automated processes using Salesforce Flows and other automation tools. Develop and maintain integrations with various platforms using RESTful and SOAP web services. Utilize different integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems. Optimize application performance through effective code and query optimization. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and resolve technical issues. Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study and one (1) year of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and zero (0) years of experience.
  • Work Experience. Experience or coursework must include: Salesforce technologies, including APEX, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce; JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Platform Events, Salesforce data tools (SOQL, SOSL, DML, Data Loader), Salesforce integration frameworks (REST, SOAP), Automation tools (Flows, APEX Triggers), and SOQL, SOS.
