Assoc Svc Del Processing Specialist

ADP is hiring an Assoc Service Delivery Processing Specialist. In this position, you will provide exception-based processing support such as processing manual checks, stop payments, voids, and wire refunds. The team also processes Treasury Workstation wires to fund for ADP tax disbursement accounts such as EFTPS and EFTs. You will monitor scheduled payment runs throughout the day. Thousands of transactions are completed monthly and billions in dollars transacted in the Treasury Workstation.

In addition, you will maintain established procedures and timelines across multiple processing locations, San Dimas and El Paso, to support dual operations and participate in disaster recovery contingency exercises.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Internal and Banking Partner Support. You will help our business partners by processing various transactions, which includes researching to resolve issues. Support will involve partnering with multiple business units and teams.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on banking, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
  • Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of cases.
