We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a strong foundation in data science to design and implement data-driven applications. This role requires expertise in working with data pipelines, machine learning models, and algorithms that help drive business insights and intelligent applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Develop Data-Driven Applications: You will design and implement data science solutions integrated into applications, using advanced analytics and machine learning.
• Data Pipeline Creation: Build, test, and maintain data pipelines that support application data needs, ensuring seamless integration of large datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists: Work closely with data science teams to productionize machine learning models and embed them into scalable applications.
• Optimize Algorithms: Fine-tune algorithms and machine learning models to ensure they operate efficiently and produce accurate predictions.
• Data Visualization: Implement dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with insights and data visualizations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest data science trends, tools, and techniques, and integrate them into your work.
• Problem Solving: Address performance bottlenecks in applications, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and scalability.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in application development with a focus on data science and machine learning solutions.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying data science applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
