POSITION SUMMARY:
Peform activities related to the changing needs of internal and external customers on features available in the company's systems, making the bridge with the programming team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather information on the changing demands of enterprise systems with internal and external customers.
- Provide support for the programming team in carrying out its activities.
- Develop functional documentation with language familiar to the user.
- Research new technologies to contribute to the technological advancement of the company.
- Provide support in the preparation of the technical documentation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Making support to users in the use of new applications of ADP or the best way to operate existing applications.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Education: College graduates in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum experience in the area: two years
- Specific knowledge: logical reasoning, database and problem solving.
- Skills: Interpersonal relationship, organization, customer focus, focus on results, flexibility, proactivity, cooperation, entrepreneurship, systemic vision, commitment and agility.
