The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud, you will drive initiatives to inform and accelerate the impact of all DX products through actionable product data and insights. Your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive frameworks that empower product teams to maximize value & impact for their products through effective collection, reporting and analysis of data to inform & report impact for key objectives. Collaborating with product managers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and engineers, you will effectively execute these insights enablement frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product analytics, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies for product growth.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - as well as data storytelling skills through words and data visualization - to convey data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will act as an advocate for data-driven decision-making within the product teams and across the organization.

Required Skills and Background

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in driving end-to-end value realization initiatives within the organization. Built frameworks for data-driven product development strategies, deriving insights and defining actions to drive business impact.
  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and prioritize across multiple projects in a dynamic, matrixed, and geographically/time-zone distributed environment.
  • Track record of working with Product, Design, Engineering and Business teams in different geos on a recurring basis, including managing morning and night calls as needed.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and data-driven insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably some experience in AI/ML concepts focused on measurement and statistical analysis.
