The Challenge

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the seamless operations of the office. Reporting to the Regional Site Operations Manager, you will collaborate with other staff members to meet the needs of our employees. This position involves close partnership with the Regional Operations Manager of our vendor partner, CBRE, managing the APAC region.

What You'll Do

The Facility Manager's main objective is to quickly respond to the needs of Adobe employees, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.

  • Be the bridge between WSSO and BUs to drive the balance between business requests and WSSO policies and priorities, ensuring workplace happiness.
  • Familiarize yourself with Adobe policies and procedures relevant to your role.
  • Complete and implement Adobe Global site operation processes with support from CBRE and/or their representatives.
  • Manage budgets and spends of the portfolio to successfully implement financial goals.
  • Assist in setting goals and objectives with timetables for projects and team members.
  • Actively search for areas of improvement and make recommendations.
  • Maintain constant and positive communications with all Adobe employees and vendors.
  • Coordinate the Facilities Management of offices in Korea and China.
  • Monitor workspace usage and support site council events.
  • Regularly update the COCO tool and manage QBR/All hands for the sites/region.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required, including events.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be a graduate; a technical or associate college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in office services.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written) are essential.
  • Solid working knowledge of mail, copy, printing, publishing, and document preparation equipment and technologies.
  • Strong customer support and service skills are a must.
  • Speaking Mandarin Chinese is an added advantage.
  • 2 year fixed term contract
