The Senior Technical Program Manager will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Head of People Analytics. This role will work across the Analytics team (and with stakeholders) to drive the planning, organization, and management of processes necessary to ensure the successful execution on the team's portfolio of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement processes for the People Analytics team to:


  • intake and prioritize new requests for work (and analyze data to identify trends and places to introduce consistency or automation)


  • track current programs of work, projects, and tasks, to enable collaboration and visibility across the team


  • create, maintain and communicate roadmaps and timelines within the team and to stakeholders


  • ensure clear and consistent roll-outs of programs and processes


  • Partner with the Head of People Analytics and other team members to manage large-scale projects, define scope, objectives and success metrics, coordinate resources, track progress and provide updates, proactively identify risks and cross-functional dependencies, and develop contingency plans


  • Partner effectively cross-functionally, including with various Employee Experience (HR), Adobe Technology Servies (IT), and Finance Systems teams for both the coordination and delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in program/project management, preferably within HR or data analytics (ideally People Analytics), managing complex technical projects from inception to completion


  • Expertise in project management tools and methodologies


  • Solid understanding of HR programs and processes and people analytics work


  • Ability to understand both business and technical issues (e.g., HR data processes) to effectively communicate with both audiences and identify solutions


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)


  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within an organization


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $235,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
