The Senior Manager, People Analytics BI role is responsible for leading and shaping the Business Intelligence function within Employee Experience. This role will report to the Head of People Analytics and will lead a team of BI and Data Informatics analysts to deliver self-service reporting solutions for our people data, ensuring our solutions are high quality, consistent, and secure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of business intelligence and data informatics analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.


  • Set the strategy and roadmap for how we evolve our self-service data ecosystem, ensuring that different personas across the business (e.g., HRBPs, managers, executives) have access to the right insights at the right time.


  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to understand their needs, collect feedback, and iterate to drive improvements.


  • Drive a product-driven, scalable approach to designing, building and maintaining reporting solutions, and developing and managing people metrics and queries.


  • Demonstrate deep care for the ethical implications of working with employee data and ensure team compliance with privacy and legal regulations.


  • Lead the team responsible for managing the lifecycle of reporting solutions, including business requirement gathering, prototyping, development, quality testing, user acceptance testing, rollout and post launch enhancements:


  • Collaborate with Analytics BPs, stakeholders and data teams to understand business and technical requirements


  • Collaborate with platform and data teams to ensure data sources are accurate, available, and analyzable


  • Design and build user-friendly, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing dashboards that display key people metrics, personalized for the relevant audience


  • Use BI tools (Power BI) to create dynamic data visualizations, making it easier for HRBPs and leaders to understand trends and patterns


  • Monitor dashboards for data accuracy, reliability and performance


  • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and enhance dashboards as needed


  • Create and provide training to relevant audiences on using the dashboards effectively, and assist with addressing questions

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics within an HR function, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.


  • Knowledge of HR processes and key people metrics, and how to clean, transform and aggregate data to create meaningful insights


  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI).


  • Expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and performance optimization


  • Expertise querying and manipulating databases using SQL


  • Knowledge of R and Python is a nice-to-have


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels within an organization.


  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $130,300 -- $245,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
