The Opportunity

We are looking for candidates who love to work with people and that enjoy partnering with ecosystems. Someone who is eager to learn, but also contribute to and help drive channel business that benefit the larger community here at Adobe.

Responsible for selling Adobe Solutions; primary responsibility may include finding, generating and developing new distribution/partners in order to drive value selling to the customers.

What you'll have

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand our market presence, with a focus on identifying and engaging potential partners and customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  • Propose and execute policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and or services.
  • Continually learning about new products, technologies, and sales skill.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, business development, or related major in IT field preferred.
  • Preferred 7+ years in sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud software business and experience in channel and partner sales models is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build pipelines by demonstrating eco-system and to present business proposal for the solution selling.
  • Built strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate the business value of digital transformation.
  • Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellence with standard software packages with regards to spreadsheet application and Power Point preferred.
  • Speak and write in English for business conversation will be an added advantage.
