The Challenge

An exciting opportunity to be part of Adobe's Digital Experience business, selling outstanding Adobe Experience Cloud solutions as part of our Growth segment. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads and prospecting to new customers, up-selling and cross-selling as well as retaining existing accounts across NZ.

What you'll do:

  • Articulate the value proposition of the Adobe Digital Experience solutions with a specific product focus on Adobe's suite of Personalisation and Insights solutions, to drive customer engagement and growth in the market
  • Build mid-level and executive level relationships within the marketing (CMO) and IT (CTO/CIO) fields as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of marketing executives and end-users
  • Collaboration with the internal Adobe eco-system teams (Solution Consulting, Professional Services, etc) to provide clients with a clear understanding of our market differentiation and why customers should choose Adobe's Experience Cloud
  • Collaborate with various Adobe partners across the region to drive lead generation and assist in closing joint selling opportunities.
  • Leads and records all activity, forecast and pipeline in Salesforce

What You Need To Succeed

  • Validated sales track record in consultative solution selling, an understanding of Enterprise business and pricing negotiations.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with sophisticated customers.
  • Experience selling complex software or solution deals at senior level stakeholders
  • Must have a strong understanding and experience in running a long-term sales cycles across various verticals.
  • Consistent over-achievement of sales targets in past positions
