Adobe's DX Customer Engineering team is looking for a Product/Program Manager Intern to join our Strategy, Intelligence & Operations (SIO) team.

As a high-growth, e-commerce company, we are looking for a Product/Program Manager with a heavy emphasis on backend operations support to lead the development and implementation process of a company's products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about building amazing products, optimizing processes, and bringing fresh ideas to life in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.
What you'll Do
- Collaborate with teams to transform ideas into impactful products, from concept to delivery.
- Manage tasks and projects to create seamless user experiences.
- Partner with architects and developers to design supportable technical solutions.
- Create engaging reports, presentations, and videos to share progress and inspire action.
- Take ownership of projects, streamline workflows using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, and align every detail with broader goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and shape future initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring effective communication and inclusion.
What you need to succeed
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), graduating between December 2025 - June 2026.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for improving processes and solving challenges strategically.
- Basic understanding of enterprise platforms and tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, Wiki, SharePoint, and ReactJS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, SharePoint/Wiki, and video creation/editing tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to keep things moving smoothly.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic problem solver with a big-picture approach.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
