The Customer Value Operations Analyst is an entry-level, operations-focused role designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the success of Adobe and our customers by enhancing internal processes and driving efficiencies in our Customer Value program. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to help define, pilot, and activate customer value programs that have a significant impact on business outcomes.

All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid. This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home. Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Work with cross-functional operations leads to build and implement clear business processes that generate efficiency for field teams and support organizational KPIs
  • Data Analysis & Insight Curation: Assist in tracking key metrics and providing insights that inform decision-making and drive action through a data-driven operating model
  • Project Ownership: Execute pilots & projects under supervision of Customer Value product owners, ensuring alignment with portfolio offerings and business objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, to review processes, drive inspection into the business, and ensure operational rigor.
  • Content Management: Own the upkeep of all Customer Value materials, ensuring recency, accuracy and availability of resources to internal and external collaborators

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026 and ability to participate in a full time internship between May-September
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrates ability to intake complex ideas, synthesize them within the context of broad business objectives and make actionable recommendations
  • Operations Focus: Strong interest in operations, process improvement, and driving efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends that can lead to actionable insights. Intermediate or better knowledge of excel, PwrBi, or SQL preferred.
  • Project Management: Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Mastery of Microsoft products (Teams, Word Powerpoint, etc,)
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: Comfortable working within an environment that requires significant collaboration, ideation and frequent feedback. Embraces change and optimization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
