Job Description:
- Assist in virtual event planning
- Track attendees and details in Excel
- Organize administrative duties
- Provide professional communication to vendors
- Schedule internal meetings and external conferences
Requirements:
- Must have strong administrative skills
- Minimum of 5 years of event-planning experience, ideally in a virtual environment
- Travel will required
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Excel skills and knowledge of Cvent registration management
- Ability to maintain multiple projects in a busy environment
- Team player
