Temporary Office Clerk I Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months), Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
$10-12 per hour

Required Experience:
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiar with basic usage of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous professional/clerical work history of at least one year
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Job Duties:
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing and mailing
- File documents in alphabetical or numerical order
- Maintain file room in an orderly manner
- Creating, updating, maintaining various files and reports on computer
- Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Stamp outgoing mail with postage meter and prepare labels for UPS packages
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
