Our client, a financial services company, is looking to add a Senior Payroll & HR Specialist to their team on a temp to hire basis. They are targeting a salary range of $75-$82k. This role is responsible for processing payroll both bi-weekly and monthly.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Full cycle processing of payroll on a bi-weekly and monthly basis including journal entries
• Review timesheets and reconcile any discrepancies
• On-boarding / off-boarding process for employees
• Reconciliation and tracking of employee leave balances
• Respond to payroll requests such of Verification of Employment

• 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or related preferred
• 3+ years of full cycle payroll processing including journal entries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Comfortable working within a small, team environment
• Excellent time management skills and customer services skills
• Strong communication skills
