Receptionist | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
$12-14 per hour, depending on experience

Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of Receptionist or Front Desk experience
- Working experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Must be reliable with great attendance
Job Duties:
- Greet customers, clients and staff members, making sure everyone feels welcome and appreciated
- Manage office-related tasks including filing, scanning, faxing, printing and organizing documents
- Prepare meetings and manage calendars for supervisors and employees
- Answer phones using multi-line phone system, transfer calls, take messages in professional manner
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
