$12-13 per hour

Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Data Entry at or above 7,000 kph with minimum of 98% accuracy
- Previous medical customer service/medical office experience required
- Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit and move freely for extended periods of time
Job Duties:
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them promptly and providing the highest level of customer service, assisting patients as they complete all necessary paperwork
- Schedule appointments, take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording and updating personal, financial and insurance information
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary
- Collect and post payments and record receipts
