Office Services Coordinator
Location: Downtown Chicago Loop

The salary for this role on a full-time basis would be $40k - 45k year
Job Details:
- Answer and process incoming internal and external calls
- Backup support for other Office Services roles (duplicating, catering, mailroom)
- Manage Chicago Reception inbox
- Coordinate internal meetings as needed
- Schedule and coordinate building conference room bookings, including catering needs
- Administration maintenance, including adding new hires, temporary employees, and processing transfers and terminations
- Assist Facility Specialist with creating building IDs for new hires and replacing existing cards when lost or damaged
- Act as lead administrator for non-Partner parking pass distribution and general use
- Assist Facility Specialist by working with building security to register building guests via Ventura software
- Maintain visitor log and assist visitors to the location
- Inform building of maintenance and service requests
- Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a professional environment
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work independently; strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service focus with a positive can-do attitude and highly professional demeanor
- Excitement to cultivate strong relationships with vendors and colleagues, energized by working in a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and frequently under tight deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost sensitivity
- Flexibility to work overtime is required, frequently with short notice
