HRIS Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Requirements
- As a key member of the HR leadership team, the candidate needs to understand Human Resources as a business and champion ongoing developments of business processes across the organization
- Ability to build and implement a HRIS system from infancy and oversee all aspects of project life cycles
- Provide business process and HRIS expertise, ensuring any new developments and enhancements meet business requirements efficiently and cost effectively
- Establish and build strong relationships with company Executives and Managers to ensure Human Resources business initiatives are executed efficiently
- Provide expert advice regarding HRIS strategies and best practices
- Proven record and experience managing projects on time and within company budget
- Ability to travel to domestic and international offices for implementation and training purposes

Qualifications and Experience:
- 7-10 years' experience working in a multi-national HRIS capacity
- B.S./B.A. - Business, Business Management, HR Management, Project Management or similar degree
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and capabilities
- Other required software proficiencies include; SharePoint and Workflow
- Preferred previous experience working with Workday products
- Strong capabilities working within a High Performing HR organization
- Strong, proven project management skills
- Use of formal system delivery methodologies and proven end to end process approach of success
- Committed to continuous improvement and tenacious in the pursuit of a goal
- Strong team building and communication skills and the proven ability to influence and manage change
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, follow-up skills, and ability to influence and work with leaders and employees of all levels in a matrix organization
