HR Generalist & Assistant
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist & Assistant to join their team in New York City! The ideal candidates will be professional, assertive, and be excited to support the talent management staff.
Pay: $55,000 to $85,000
Job Description:
- Post jobs on multiple recruiting platforms and aid in every stage of the recruiting process
- Track and report applicant data
- Research and implement internal programs that strengthen employee/employer relations
- Support learning and development life cycle: assessment, planning, training, implementation, etc
- Assist in creating and implementing office policies and practices as well as employment programs and procedure

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years supporting an HR or talent management department
- Knowledgeable of HR programs, such as benefits and recruiting
- Training planning, development, and implementation experience
- Policy development experience
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills
- Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately generate reports as needed
