Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with new hire orientation
- Updates employee information
- Coordinates candidate interviews (phone and email) as well as coordinating travel for candidates
- Coordinates candidate interviews with internal managers
- Prepares and updates reports regarding recruiting activity for HR team
- Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- Assist other department activities and projects

Job Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
