Full Cycle Corporate Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Corporate Recruiter to assist with hiring amazing talent for various types of positions. Engineering recruiting is a plus! Up to $80K in salary!
Location: Northbrook, IL
Job Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment including sourcing strategies, job postings, intake calls, scheduling interviews and job offers
- Knowledge current market trends, understand how to build a pipeline and utilizing job boards to effectively recruit
- Work with hiring managers and external customers
- Data management with ATS system

Job Requirements:
- At least five years' experience with full cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a corporate and manufacturing environment
- Experience with ATS utilization, Workday is preferred
