Location: Greensboro Dr, Mclean, VA 22102 (close to metro on Silver line + lots of free parking)
Pay: $17/hr
Hours: Full-time employment. Day shift, afternoon to night, and night shifts are available based on YOUR availability and preference. (Candidates with nighttime availability are highly desired)
Main Overall Duties
- Resolve client inquires in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner through verbal, email, and live chat functions
- Work with clients over email that have difficult situations and concerns about their accounts
- Assist clients and members on setting up accounts to safeguard sensitive personal and financial information
- Work with Members for monitoring questions/concerns to ensure compliance for accounts

- Team members will be working with Client Members that are part of company bulk verification groups after submitted customer information is received in bulk and confirming if customers are protected or at-risk
- Responsible for handling sensitive information and data
- This team operates via email and video. We are NOT a call center environment and that will not be the day-to-day responsibility; new employees on this should have a good comfort level with technology and computer-based operations and should not expect to be on the phone for this purpose.
*This position requires a background check clear of felonies. Other background items considered on case-by-case basis.
