Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Serve as primary contact for quotations and orders
- Enter purchase order into the system
- Review quotes are current and orders ship as expected
- Track and Trace orders
- AS400, SAP or any ERP system experience

Required Experience:
- Previous experience in corporate customer service (B2B experience preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
