Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist - $14/hr
Responsibilities:
- Receive Inbound calls and emails from customers
- Complete PO's and Expense Reports
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Efficiently and accurately work within Excel
Required Experience
- At least 1 year of prior customer service and order entry experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Great attention to detail
- A desire to be a part of a team, and come to work with a great attitude
