Business Development Representative
Our client in the is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team. The individual in this role will identifying and generating marketing qualified sales leads.
Location: Wood Dale
Compensation: $40-70K based on experience + commission
Job Description:
- Promoting and marketing the organization through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
- Scheduling Initial Prospecting Meetings for the Sales Team
- Researching and qualifying inbound leads to generate leads
- Providing in depth information to the Sales Team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Assisting the Sales with continually optimizing profitability of clients and products through analysis and subsequent targeting of new business that delivers quality revenue
- Work with the sales team to help create SOP's and implementing new business
- Work with Sales and Operations to make sure clients are happy
- Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events
- Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM
- Developing progressively actionable reports and dashboards on Sales and Marketing campaigns in CRM
- Working with the Sales Director on content marketing
- This role will have many promotional opportunities

Required Experience:
