Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

Location: Concord, NC

Pay: Dependent on Experience

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to customers
  • Act as first point of contact/face of the company for new and continuing customers, communicate customer needs clearly to assigned customer service representatives
  • Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
  • Maintain organized filing system through excel
  • Assisting with customer invoicing and accounting duties
  • Work with production team on ordered parts
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well

Job Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
