As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving multiple related projects that support Ada’s objective to resolve the most inquiries with the least amount of effort. You will work directly with Product and Engineering teams, and collaborate cross functionally with Ada’s GTM teams. Your input will directly impact software development, product features and ensuring the Product Development team are meeting delivery commitments.

About You:

    • 5+ Years of experience in a similar role within the tech space
    • High proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (preferred), Trello, Asana, or similar
    • Experience working with multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities within the SaaS space
    • Able to adapt to constant change and do what it takes to support the team.
    • Have experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels cross functionally (Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Experience)
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication skills to their target audience and stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Outcomes:

    • Strategic Planning: Developing the overall program strategy and objectives, aligning them with the organization's goals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders by providing regular status updates and reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
    • Timeline and Resource Management:Managing product deliverables - making sure the team delivers on track and ships what have been committed. Resource management - You will provide insight on resource allocation, and suggestions on how to best utilize resources to the Product and Engineering Directors.
    • Risk Management: Identifying and managing program-level risks, including dependencies, resource constraints and addressing potential issues or obstacles that may impact project delivery. This role should understand and create the right level or urgency, including when and which stakeholder to involve.
    • Program Documentation: Document frameworks and procedures to ensure consistency across projects within the program.
