Summary: A Consultant performs standardized consulting engagements that promote customer success with the Acquia Platform.

Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for providing accurate product and platform information, recommendations, and guidance to customers on Acquia products
- Accountable for providing high-quality, timely, written deliverables when required
- Accountable for creating an excellent customer experience through collaboration and preparation before the engagement, excellent delivery during the engagement, and a successful handoff after the engagement
- Accountable for increasing customer's knowledge and understanding on using the platform and product
- Manage multiple customer engagements at once, with detailed records and timely responses
- Ad Hoc duties as assigned
- Ability to shift time to accommodate customer and internal time zone considerations as needed
Key requirements:
3-6 years of experience with prior experience in a consulting, project management, or customer facing role
- Experience with and interest in the business side of implementations from small to large scale
- Experience with the principles and best practices of software product ownership
- Desire to learn how technology transforms business
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Flexible and able to deal with shifting priorities as customer needs change
- Desire to learn and adapt to new applications and frameworks, and eager to work on exciting and innovative technologies
- Should be ready to work in the US working hours.
