Qualifications

The Role:
  • Manage the strategic design, implementation and optimization of technology initiatives and solutions for Achieve's Finance team.
  • Ensure best-in-class user experiences and operational efficiencies with all technology platforms.
  • Engage business leaders to meet their strategic and tactical technology needs for current and future corporate Finance workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product managers, Architects, and Engineers across the company to drive optimization of solutions and investments.
  • Partner with IT infrastructure and security teams to design and support best in class solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and industry experts to select, operate, and optimize platforms.
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by virtue of deep domain knowledge.
  • Communicate and evangelize a consumer experience goal and vision.
  • Direct the activities to research best practices, establish metrics, collect, and analyze consumer data and feedback.
  • Deliver meaningful quarterly results, as measured via Achieve's OKR framework.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience focusing on Finance strategy, ERP operations, and related applications.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more implementations of ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP or SAP is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse business, technology, and vendor teams to define product vision and deliver results.
  • Proven experience in resolving conflicting priorities and navigating ambiguity in a collaborative and results-oriented manner.
  • Strong understanding of corporate Financial Services operations, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing large remote teams in a matrixed environment, with both direct and indirect people management responsibilities.
  • Ability to articulate the current and future state of Finance ERP workflows, emphasizing user journeys and operational impact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effectively bridging business and technical audiences.

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year plus bonus and benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
