Job Description
As an Inventory Control Analyst, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. The Inventory Control Analyst acts as a liaison between Settlement Operations and our creditors that we utilize a data list exchange process to obtain settlements.
What you'll do:
- Retrieve and analyze client and account lists from creditors to determine necessary updates or corrections, then process them through Data Loader per SOP.
- Analyze reports to identify product update needs or processing issues. Collaborate with internal partners to determine error causes and potential solutions.

Qualifications
- Previous experience with Inventory Control in the debt settlement industry highly preferred
- Experience working with advanced Excel concepts including but not limited to v-lookups, countifs, conditional formatting, and VBA Macros
- 2 years' experience in a financial services environment
- Strong organization skills with with ability to multitask effectively and work independently
- Strong level of attention to detail
- Ability to draft professional emails and to clearly and effectively communicate information to all audiences
- Experience with Salesforce and Data Loader preferred
- You're data driven with some knowledge of Data Analysis
