As a Sr. P&C Specialist you will be responsible for the complete employee life cycle. From onboarding, providing guidance around HR policy and process, support to other HR team members, and answering general HR queries to employees to employee offboarding. We are searching for a team member with a positive mindset in our modern office with an informal and friendly atmosphere in Karlin. A day in the life...

• Providing the best HR support to our employees
• Responsible for employees' onboarding and offboarding
• Creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
• Organize and maintain personnel records, ensure timely and accurate entry of data in HR tables
• Support the onboarding process by performing reference checks and running presentations for new hires
• Management of medical examinations and mandatory trainings
• Answering to employees' queries and direct them to the right channel if needed
• Assist with the administration of company benefits
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices and assist
• Ensures compliance with employment legislation

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist or HR Generalist or relevant HR/administrative position
• English at level C1 and fluent Czech.
• Reliable and independent.
• Always positive with can-do attitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new things and constantly automate HR processes.
• Bachelors degree in human resources or related (is an advantage).
