What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with a dynamic agile team to design, build, and maintain a leading Identity Platform that sets industry standards.
- Take ownership of projects, leveraging both your individual expertise and teamwork to innovate and solve complex challenges.
- Ensure the reliability of business-critical software while meeting demanding uptime and performance metrics.
- Apply your technical and analytical skills to design user experiences that prioritize accessibility, usability, and security.
- Architect, deploy, and support sophisticated software solutions using cloud technologies like AWS, GitHub, and Kubernetes, along with Ping Identity.
- Showcase your programming prowess in languages such as TypeScript, Java, and Python.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in designing and developing robust web applications, ideally with a few years under your belt.
- At least 5 years of experience in web and applications development.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, Java, and Python.
- Technical proficiency with identity standards and best practices in the field.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of UX and UI design principles, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
- A mindset geared towards thriving in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.
- A passion for tackling the challenges of a rapidly growing product team serving millions of customers.
