Compensation for this position is set at $22/hour.
This person will need to work hybrid from our Seattle, WA or Plymouth Meeting, PA office location two to three days per week.
Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.
Role overview
As a Member Marketing Intern, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the various facets of our Member Engagement Marketing team, from strategic campaign planning and copywriting to program engagement, execution, and analysis. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to learn the intricacies of our day-to-day operations, familiarize yourself with the tools and applications we utilize, and partner cross-departmentally to drive ongoing campaign optimization.
A day in the life...
- Collaborate with team subject matter experts throughout various stages of the marketing workflow.
- Participate in and execute current-stage deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Research and create content for member marketing campaigns, working with graphic designers and other stakeholders.
- Communicate project status updates regularly to facilitate cross-departmental alignment and transparency.
- Document processes, key learnings, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Audit and optimize current marketing campaigns and processes.
- Access and analyze data to report on campaign performance and outcomes, contributing to actionable insights.
What we are looking for...
- Currently pursuing or has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to come in person to our Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office at least 3 times per week.
- Understanding of direct-to-member/consumer marketing strategies and best practices.
- A passion for improving individual health outcomes, access to care, and experience within the U.S. healthcare system.
- Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to seek opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
