Bonus Points if you have:
  • You have Customer Relationship Management experience and/or leadership experience
  • You understand Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
  • You have experience in test plan creation and execution, including automated test scripts
  • You've got experience with the following: Application development, mobile application development, web development, design thinking, UI/UX, workflow design and development, platform development
  • You have an ITIL Foundations Certification
  • You have experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
