This role provides Systems Engineering support for the installation and maintenance of Accenture's Tasking Management Solution developed on the Microsoft Dynamics Platform. The solution has been deployed and use by our Department of Defense clients located in the continental U.S., Europe and Asia for more than 10 years. The Microsoft (MS) Systems Engineer supporting the role will be working with multiple MS technologies including Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, load balancing(software or hardware), Exchange, and IaaS/SaS offerings including Azure Active Directory, Dynamics Online, Office 365.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Dynamics/TMT solution installation, configuration, and troubleshooting activities
- Develop installation plan through coordination with clients and the project team
- Assist client in development and implementation of sustainment plan for the deployed solution
- Conduct training and provide desk-side support for client technical support staff
- Document solution configuration for the client
- Manage client expectations with regard to solution functionality and deployment process
- Provide client Help Desk support, including remote or telephone based support activities
- Prepare project status reports
- Support testing of new version releases and updates to installation documentation

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- SECURITY+ certification or MS equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience
- Minimum 1 years of Windows Server technology administration and maintenance
- Minimum 1 year of web based .Net Application support
- Minimum 1 year of firewall boundary, DNS support
- Minimum 1 year of SharePoint Administration
- Minimum 1 years of troubleshooting experience for both routine and complex problems
Bonus points if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Strong core knowledge of Microsoft products and technology
- 1-2 years supporting an application using SQL server
- 1-2 years Virtualization experience, including VMware ESX, Hyper-V or Virtual Server
- 1 plus years Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
- 1 year Azure Active Directory experience
- Background and understanding of Defense Agency organizations and operations
- Knowledge/Understand of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guide and practices
- Ability to leverage knowledge/experience to learn/understand complex solutions in a dynamic environment
