As an:
Instructional Designer you are responsible for managing a high visibility cross functional training team to help successfully launch the Content Redesign strategic initiative. You will interact closely with internal staff and external vendor partners to effectively balance multiple content development work streams. Develop detailed training project and learning content documentation to include: requirements, project plans, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, team status reports/communications, lesson plans, learning materials, and work trackers.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years hospital/healthcare training experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in adult education or instructional design, including experience in planning and developing learning objectives and course materials
- Minimum 3 years' training project management experience
- Experience with Captivate

The extras:
- US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible

Bonus points if you have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in education/staff development and/or a clinical area, preferably a combination of both clinical experience and education
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating instructor led training
- Minimum 5 years' experience and expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
- Prior Cerner /Epic/EHR go-live experience
- Training environment build experience
- Certification in a Cerner /Epic/EHR functional area
