The Agile Coach will rollout a Scaled Agile Framework SAFe transformation in pilots and improve release management processes through the successful implementation of DevOps and other technical competencies.

The work:

  • Provide Agile coaching to help orchestrate the adoption of LEAN Agile methodology at scale across 22 subsystem teams.
  • Accelerate the delivery of value by building robust DevOps practices and orchestrating successful outcomes to multiple mission critical solution delivery initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in coding and design processes
  • Use refactoring to incrementally refine design and reduce technical debt
  • Establish continuous integration CI and continuous deployment CD practices

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Agile
  • Have at least one of the following certifications:
    • Safe Scaled Agile certification
    • SPC certification or
    • Release Train Engineer certification

The extras:
  • US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible

Bonus points if you have:
  • DevOps experience
