People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and provide out of the box solution
  • Developing, testing, and deploying security specific to Workday to meet business requirements
  • Analyzes Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to existing security.
  • Use experience in Workdays Security to implement projects
  • Identify & understand current and future state of functional business processes
  • Experience in analyzing and configuring Workday security (preferred)
  • Functional exposure with HCM domain is a plus

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of Workday Security experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday Configurable and Business Process Security
  • Configure Workday Security Roles and Provision Accounts
  • Assign and Manage Roles for Users
  • Support Security Compliance Audits
  • Experience with Workday Authentication and Single Sign On
  • Experience with Workday integration tools - EIB
  • Experience in full-lifecycle Workday implementations and upgrade
  • Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Dashboards
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum process
Professional Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is 72,400 - 114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
