The Web Content Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with Engineering, Creative and content authoring team to support on time delivery of pages based on product launch dates
- Supporting PM in running the 2-week sprints, routing bug tickets, tracking follow up items, etc.
- Tracking progress against agreed upon milestones
- Serving as the day to day liaison between cross functional teams answering and/or addressing requirement clarification and questions as needed
- Supporting development efforts by addressing blockers and escalating risks and issues as needed
- Helping Program Manager gather high level requirements for upcoming projects to prioritize requests and conduct capacity and quarterly planning
- Supporting PgM by enforcing program processes and best practices

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field or minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of working in project management, preferably in e-commerce, marketing and/or content management
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Experience with SQL, HTML and/or JavaScript
- Self motivated
- Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and disciplined approach to web content management
- Solid critical thinking and written oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
- Adaptable to changing requirements, processes, and timelines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and tech work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to multi task and thoughtfully prioritize
- Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with an enthusiastic and a positive attitude
