Job Description:
While most people have no idea what you do or how you do it, you know exactly what it takes to collaborate, ideate and provide technical guidance to help bring your clients' digital products to life. And they rely heavily on your skills and expertise as you translate the creative vision into web based technical implementations and integrate with back end technologies. The work:
- Produce HTML/CSS/JavaScript code from design documentation for integration into desktop and mobile websites and web applications
- Understand cross-browser and cross-platform concepts and concerns
- Assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes
- Strong attention to technical detail and an understanding of UX and visual design concepts to provide perspective on front end technologies and their overall impact on the creative process
- Work closely with design, business, and technical counterparts
- Provide technical leadership at a project level
- Mentor junior developers

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- 3+ years of experience with semantic HTML5, CSS Preprocessors (LESS & Sass), UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation)
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), consumption of RESTful web APIs, task runners (Gulp), linting & unit testing (Jasmine, Mocha + Chai or Karma, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience with Responsive Design, grid frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.), and developing on multi-platform/multi-browser compatibility (IE 10+, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- You have experience working at an advertising/design/consulting agency or web startup
- You've led a team in the Agile/Scrum process to deliver as part of a cross functional team and develop large-scale, enterprise software
- You are experienced in creating project estimates, defining scope requirements, and structuring projects
- You possess strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment both internal and client facing
