  • Creating a thriving atmosphere for your development team by having an understanding of eXtreme Programming (XP) practices and a passion for people.
  • Working on cross-functional teams-Fusion is kind of a big deal here.
  • Quickly building rapport with a business stakeholder in an unfamiliar environment.
  • Managing client expectations while delivering high quality software and within the budget of the project.
  • Anticipating issues and guiding your team through complex situations.
  • Me asuring, analyzing and communicating important project metrics to ensure common understanding or facilitate change.
  • Uncovering the "why" of any situation.
  • Building and leading a diverse group of people, including providing performance feedback, coaching and mentoring .

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience using Agile practices to successfully deliver project initiatives.
  • At least 2 years of experience in writing user stories, facilitating team cadence meetings, and responding to change.
