Program and Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program and Project Management Manager in Irving, TX to manage large program working on independent scope that were all at different stages of development, testing, etc. S/he will perform the following duties: Coordinate releases and all communications to leadership and client stakeholders, as well as for large programs; Lead the Scrum Team/Teams: oversee and deliver work assignments to the scrum team/teams along with shared services teams; oversee at a de facto program level (scrum of scrums, managing eco system dependency Management, Platform - Systems and Infrastructure Road map); oversee and coordinate diverse cross-functional Platform teams and ensure defined project objectives are met; Lead in the implementation of SAFe model and its adaptations across the Online Sales portfolio which includes launch of tools iTrack, AgileCraft/Jira and custom scaled processes for platform work; Mentoring/guiding team members in adopting transformational change; coach and mentor agile team members both on Agile and SAFe practices; Oversee all transition and transformation planning, execution reporting and related escalation management; Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external vendor organizations.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Associate Manager, Team Lead, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience of IT experience with Communications and Retail domain knowledge;4 years of experience in the ability to deliver multiple systems integration programs;4 years of experience practicing scrum and Kanban methodologies using agile project management tools PRISM, JIRA, TDP, and Agile Craft; 3 years of experience with SAFe Agile framework including Pre-PI planning, ART construction and working PI sessions; 4 years of experience in Master of Scrum methodology and Agile ceremonies; and 4 years of experience in training resources in the transformation from Waterfall to Agile, and from Agile to SAFe (Scaled Agile).
