Key Responsibilities for SAs, SSAs, LSAs may include:
- Integrate multiple technologies using Pegasystems
- Architect, design, and develop advanced Pega enterprise applications
- Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore)
- Optimize solutions by performing detailed technical designs and code and design reviews
- Map functional requirements to Pega features and functionality
- Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
- Mentor junior team members in Pega technology best practices
- Manage offshore resources and provide technical specs to developers

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Pega development/architecture experience
- Minimum of 3 years total of hands-on technical experience in design, development, architecture, solutioning
- Minimum of 2 years of Agile project experience
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Possess CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect)
- Consulting or client service delivery experience
- Multiple software development life cycle (SDLC) experience
- Management of technical development teams
- Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
