Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture -the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Onsite Health Insurance Customer Service Center Associate Manager will w ork out of Accenture managed client health insurance retail center in Boston, MA and manage day to day operations with supervisory authority over a team of 5 agents. They will interact with walk In clients to manage and solve their queries or requests with health insurance programs, process applications, and collect payments, This role will also interface with delivery leadership on a daily basis.

Required office hours are M-F; 8-5 PM ET

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality of service while interacting live with walk in clients
  • Measure and analyze reporting metrics
  • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports
  • Motivate and lead associates by example, effectively communicate individual, team and company objectives to optimize knowledge transfer and maintain transparency wherever possible.
  • Identify, implement, and oversee process improvements across the team in conjunction with delivery leadership
  • Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, character, and professionalism in every associate, customer, and client interaction

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with health insurance customer service delivery
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 2 years with service delivery related metrics/reporting
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $68,800-$111,699 and information on benefits is here
