Job Summary:

Accenture Interactive Digital Marketing Services professionals help our clients achieve increased operational efficiency and effectiveness for direct marketing communications. In addition, our professionals design marketing programs that help our clients achieve their acquisition, growth and retention objectives across B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models. These technologies typically include campaign management, lead and/or loyalty management, content management, and data management solutions.

The Marketing Services Lead oversees the sales, production and execution of all Marketing Services for our clients and drives the clients' marketing vision, direction, and successful execution of the overall strategy. The Marketing Services Lead provides thought leadership and strategic direction across the services and is responsible for team performance and business process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Accenture account teams to establish relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for digital initiatives and play the role of a trusted advisor
  • Actively identify, solution and sell marketing services programs to new and existing clients
  • Respond to RFIs / RFPs and create new business proposals.
  • Attend sales meetings, shape proposals, and support RFP responses for this space
  • Lead a team of global marketing services professionals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including brand teams, agency partners, technology delivery teams, campaign operations and campaign production) with the unified goal of delivering global complex client solutions
  • Utilize strong client management skills, communication skills, and business acumen to understand our clients' business challenges and marketing's role in solving these challenges
  • Recognizes opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services; leverages SMEs across the organization to aide in sales opportunities
  • Exemplifies Accenture's core values through client engagement and internal leadership within the project team and the practice
  • Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client
  • Collaborates across global Accenture and/or client teams and serves as Key Contact for delivery
  • Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery
  • Participates in client stakeholder meetings including governance of financials, operations, and demand management/forecasting
  • Manages all financials including capturing additional sales opportunities, forecasting, and invoicing
  • Drives operational reporting and KPIs as it relates to the Marketing Services practice and collaborates with other Delivery Leads to share best practices and efficiencies
  • Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a marketing services role within Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Service Provider, Marketing Agency, and/or Marketing Operations
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position in a client-facing role leading a team of global marketing services professionals.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with transactional databases and marketing automation platforms/technologies, e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign/Unica, Siebel-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, SAP-CRM-Marketing, Eloqua, Marketo
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience across multiple verticals, e.g. Technology, Financial Services etc.
  • Understanding of marketing strategy with specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, campaign analytics, prospect and customer lifecycles
  • Experienced in the relationship between marketing strategy, customer data, segments, channel, creative, content, and offers and how they interact to drive desired business outcomes
  • Master's Degree

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $125,000 - $207,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
