Job Summary:
The Location Services Analyst provides an advanced level of service team support as well as various complex organizational responsibilities with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain SoCal contact and email distribution lists, SoCal Location site and internal pages and queries
- Mail room support, accepting large deliveries, Office Services, set-ups, catering, vendor management, ordering supplies
- Floor warden, life safety support
- Floor set-up and walkthrough, custom floor setups for special events and training sessions
- Responsible for Notice of Non-discrimination forms and process handling, update the employment posters, job postings, and materials on Office Services boards
- Vendor relations with building, lighting vendor and contractors and meet building maintenance team to coordinate repairs in the office.
- Ergonomics coordination for office and project sites. Ordering of equipment and working to ensure desks are ergonomically correct.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (±11 years)
- Undergraduate Degree
- Customer service experience, Microsoft tools, Outlook knowledge
- Previous facility experience/customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Proactive, self-starter and forward thinking, problem solving skills
- Ability to work with highly confidential material and maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
